This case study demonstrates the control stability of a Ministat 125 at two different temperatures. Connected to a Chemglass 1-litre jacketed reactor with 0.7-litres of Silicon oil to simulate the reaction mass, a set Point of 100°C and then 20°C were entered.

With the Ministat 125 in “Process Control” mode, the stability at both set-point was +/-0.01°C.
