Controlling (simulated) Exothermic Reactions at -40°C in a 50-litre QVF reactor
A Huber Unistat P915w represents a significant investment. It’s role is to control the temperature of a process as tightly as possible and in this way, contribute to the maximization of yield and the quality of the end product at the end of the campaign. i.e. higher yields, fewer consumed resources, shorter campaign times. To this end we generate a library of case studies that show the level of control under “real world” conditions. The reactions are simulated using a controlled electric immersion heater. The results speak for themselves.
